Burkburnett Chamber Annual Lighted Christmas Parade:
Every 2nd Saturday of December we in Burkburnett, TX like to get together and celebrate the season! Our Annual Lighted Christmas Parade is an event you don't want to miss! Get your families and friends together to be in the parade or to watch the community shine! We have added 2 Competitive Divisions with cash prizes! General Registration is FREE and line up is at 5pm. The Parade starts at 6pm!

2024 theme: Burkburnett's Past, Present, and Future Christmas
Join us on a magical Christmas journey through time at the Burkburnett Lighted Christmas Parade on December 14th at 6pm! Our theme: Burkburnett Christmas Past, Present, and Future. Embrace the holiday spirit and envision a future filled with joy and prosperity. Let's light the night sky with joy, hope, and the spirit of the season! Mark your calendars, gather your blankets, your chairs, and get ready to make memories that will last a lifetime!
Entry is FREE!
All entries must be LIGHTED and follow the theme to be judged. As in the past parades, there will be NO SANTA other than the OFFICIAL Santa secured by the Chamber of Commerce please!
Trophies will be awarded for the 1st and 2nd place in the following categories:
Cash prize for Competitive Divisions
Certificate and bragging rights for General Entries based on:
Presentation; Judge's Choice; Originality; and Creativity
Entry Line Up: 5pm at East 3rd and Ave A
Parade starts at 6pm and will end near the Friendship Park amphitheater.
Quiet Zone-No Sirens! corner of Ave D & East 1st to corner of Ave D & College
Sign up to be entered in the NEW Competition categories $25 for cash prize winners awarded to 1st and 2nd place in the two categories: Automobile and Float
Set up your spot along the route and head to the Ice House (411 E 3rd) before all the way to 9pm following the parade for shopping treat! The official SANTA himself will also be there immediately following the parade to get those fun photos with your little ones!
This is a fun filled night for the whole family rain, sleet, snow, or cold, the parade will go on. Watch the weather and dress for the occasion. Come out and enjoy the festivities! Entries must be received by December 13th, 2024 5pm!

Boomtown Blowout!
A family friendly 5/15/25/or 50 mile bike ride through beautiful Burkburnett, Texas! Cool down and keep active after Hotter'N Hell Hundred! This ride is held every 1st Saturday in October in conjunction with Burkburnett's Friendship Festival. Part of the proceeds from this ride will help to provide funding for our "Bright Stars" Chamber scholarships given annually to Burkburnett ISD graduates.
Enjoy a great ride, strolling through vendor booths, and grabbing a bite at the food trucks or local restaurants all while supporting the next generation of future leaders in our community!
