The Chamber’s Work, Program Areas

The Burkburnett Chamber of Commerce has been serving businesses in Burkburnett since 1919. Our goal is to continuously improve the business climate and build opportunities for growth for Burkburnett. We accomplish this through programs focused on advocacy, economic development, events and direct services to our members.

The Chamber’s member services are structured in the following program areas:

Public Affairs - works with our members and elected officials at the local, county, state and federal levels to develop pro-business advocacy positions.

Image and Communications - informs all members of Chamber events and resources. The program area manages web site content, public/media relations, photography and corporate identity.

Membership Development - engages all members in making the most of their Chamber membership, including ribbon cuttings, grand openings, networking opportunities, travel opportunities and enlisting members in our councils and committees.

Special Events - provides all of the planning and processing of the Chamber events held throughout the year.
